If you wish to make this type of donation, your honorarium will be listed in our quarterly newsletter, and we will send an acknowledgement to the person honored or the family of the person (or pet) being memorialized. (Click here to view a sample of the card we send)
Complete donation form online and make a donation via our secure Pay Pal account or download the donation form; fill it out and send it along with your check . Be sure to indicate in the comments area who the memorial is for and the name and address of the family who should receive the card.
